Hair Loss:
Hair loss is one thing that’s worrying everyone these days. The reason for this could be environment being heavily polluted and physical and mental stress building up on everyone. Earlier hair fall was either hereditary or because of aging. But these days even teenagers are worried about losing their hair all because of different reasons. One common reason that’s causing hair loss is stress. First before we go further we have to know some facts about hair. Hair has a life time of 4-5 years then it falls out and is replaced by a new one within 6 months. Before the hair falls out it enters a stage called resting stage where there is no growth. This hair will be in resting stage for 3-4 months then and at the end of this period older hair that have finished their life will fall out and new hair will begin to grow.
A sudden or stressful event can cause the hair follicles to prematurely stop growing and enter into a “resting phase” eventually resulting in hair fall. The reason why this happens is, hair is not considered as an essential aspect by our body so when there is stress it would rather think about the things that causing stress rather than worry about hair. So if you want to have a healthy and strong hair u got to be stress free.
It is really hard for everyone to be stress free these days. We really can’t avoid stress from getting us but we can handle it before it takes charge of us. The best ways to beat stress is by meditating, doing things you love to do, playing or listening to some music, reading book or we should do anything that eases our mind and keep us cool.
